WALLOP!

Ian teamed up with his long time friend bass player and vocalist Colin Green in 2020 to produce "Gertcha!". A tribute to the music of Chas and Dave.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic this project has only had a couple of airings in public during 2020 but it was very well recieved and acclaimed as a brilliant homage to their music.

Gertcha! had a very sucessful mini tour in the south Costa Blanca with a long weekend of dates celebrating Her Majesty The Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

Gertcha! is now rebranded as WALLOP! and is available in UK from January 2025 as a solo tribute act with Ian alone and can be mixed with an extra set of cover songs as required.

A very exciting piece of news regarding Chas and Dave tribute is that Ian has been invited to play regularly with Tony Burt's Chas and Dave Knees Up show. This is a 3 piece Chas and Dave tribute band with the original drummer, Micky Burt's, son on drums and the brilliant Luke Dodd on bass and voclas as Dave. This show is proving very popular in 2025.
